Bill Mach was on of the men working in the photo lab at Glatton. Flying missions and taking photos of bombed targets, around the base and during his time off. After a mission he and his staff had to develop the photos and take them to the generals to see if a mission was successful or not.
Every day for two years these men worked in the photo lab and in the air leaving us now with impressive and beautiful clear digital images taken from the original photos. They give a beautiful insight in life on the base and in the air but also on trips during time off.
We would like to thank the Mach family for sharing these photos with us.
