We had a full schedule in Washington and a lot of veterans, familymembers and friends of the 457th Bomb Group showed up! We had a great time and met some special people.

There was time to talk and meet in our 457th Bomb Group Association lobby and memorabilia room with the very beautiful display (made by Carl and Chris Sechrist). There was time to look at all the photos that we have in the memorabilia room and talk about the old times.

Duane Zemper was accompanied by his son and grandson. They took with them many photos from the Duane Zemper collection and…actual movies from Glatton! This was so amazing to see and they had a whole bunch of us looking in awe at these movies. The Zemper family is going to restore these movies and eventually share them with us!
