Information: This was the oldest B-17 to serve with the 8th Air Force and participated in the first 8th Air Force mission to the Rouen/Sotteville marshalling yards on August 17th, 1942. It was first named ‘Butcher Shop’ but was later changed to ‘Big Tin Bird’
